1. What Ascent Does on Your Behalf

• Public Job Discovery: Ascent queries public ATS board endpoints and job feeds according to your configured roles, seniority, locations, and company blocklist. We do not scrape or auto-submit to restricted boards such as LinkedIn or Indeed.
• Review Queue Approval: Every matched job and AI-tailored draft is placed in your Review Queue first. No application is marked submitted or opened without your action.
• Accuracy of Materials: You are responsible for reviewing AI-tailored resumes and cover letters to ensure all claims accurately reflect your experience and credentials.

2. Daily Safety Caps & Fair Use

To protect candidate reputation and prevent spam, Ascent enforces strict daily application and AI usage caps based on your plan tier (with a hard platform ceiling of 50 applications per day). Attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls may result in account suspension.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Paid plans (Ascent Pro and Ascent Autopilot) are billed monthly via Stripe (USD) or Paystack (NGN). You may pause automation, downgrade, or delete your account at any time from Settings > Billing or Settings > Data.
